The celebration of Epiphany (Three Kings Day) is held on January 6. This is the day when the Magi, or Three Kings, arrived at the stable to visit and give gifts to the newborn Christ child. Often during this celebration in Waldorf education, a teacher or parent will bake a large sweet bread with three almonds hidden inside. The children will eat the bread and each child who finds an almond will wear a golden crown for the day.

We will celebrate with a puppet show, sweet bread and crowns!
